Submissions must be anonymous, prepared in the IEEE Computer Society VGTC conference format IEEE Computer Society VGTC conference format, and submitted to the PCS submission site. To submit a contribution, please login (or register) to PCS, pick VR as society, IEEE VR 2025 as conference/journal, and then our workshop as track. Submissions that do not comply with the above-mentioned framing will be desk rejected without further review.

We follow a double-blind review process, where a committee of expert reviewers evaluates all submissions made through the particular workshop track available at. Accepted scientific papers will be included in the Abstracts and Workshop Proceedings of IEEE VR 2025 and archived in the IEEE Digital Library. We welcome the following submissions (2-8 pages including references):

• Research papers
• Technical notes
• Position papers
• Work-in-progress research including student projects

At least one author per accepted contribution must register for the IEEE VR conference and will be expected to give an in-person talk at the workshop.
